I kept it always in a very good case and that kept it in good condition. I had a very good condition iPad that ad only been dropped 1x on the corner and that broke the screen. While they replaced the screen, they further damaged the area around the sides of the iPad a great deal and then gave me several bad reasons: 1) I brought it in that way. This place is overpriced and do not follow through on promises. Went in a few months ago to replace the screen on my iPhone 5, thought the price was a little high, asked if they could fix my home button as it had began to move recently as well… found the prices to be a little high… total charged was about $ 180 total I wish they would of told me that Apple would replace the device and give me warranty on a new device for $ 220… probably would of just done that… well anyways back to the store, service was quick they told me it would be ready in about a hour… upon inspecting it phone looked fine, the home button was however off center almost angled something I’m sure they noticed… wouldn’t of said anything but my wife say it and was like hey fix this… after another 5 minutes they handed me the phone back… everything was fine the screen was almost too responsive after a while, buttons would push when I was on a call, and after a while I grew very tiresome of the issue… eventually I just ended up selling the iPhone wish I hadn’t spent the money I had here but other than that I guess its a business, I read higher quality parts aren’t as responsive and work like the real deal iPhone parts so who knows anyways, I would recommend looking around big stores like this gotta cover overhead and their prices reflect that… In my opinion, their service is terrible and all they care about it making a profit. Do not waste your time or money at this place. I was told that I had 30 days to come back if something was not working. I had to ask him in order to get any information and he very hesitantly gave me very little. The guy was not going to tell me about what he had broken or why it had taken so long. After an hour and a half, I was given my phone and told it was all fixed. They also failed to think that I could see them in the feed of their own security cameras. As if I couldn’t hear that they were talking about how something was broken and they had to try to fix it. Instead of talking to me about my phone, it was then passed around to different employees in the back and whispered about. It was a very good thing I then sat and waiting until my phone was ready because I witnessed the guy who was working on my phone actually break something. Her tone was not apologetic, but actually rude and annoyed by my presence. Upon seeing me walk in the woman yelled across the room at me that the phone was not ready. After 40 minutes of waiting around I decided to go into the store to check on the progress. I was told it would take 30 minutes and cost me $ 50. I went in to have the power button on my iPhone 4 replaced. I wish I had checked the Unilocal reviews before walking in today.
